Elementary students attended Camp Chrysalis, stepping outside the confines of classroom walls to experience learning in a different setting. Everyone participated in fishing, archery, and hiking, which provided opportunities for hands-on exploration and outdoor skill-building. Fishing was the favorite activity!! We all felt closer to God as we prayed on the mountain top. The sweetest time was when the students broke out into worship songs around the campfire as we roasted s’mores.
